Katt Williams has found himself in more hot water. AllHipHop.com is reporting that the Hollywood funnyman is being sued by recording studio owner Merion Powers for one-million-dollars. Powers, who filed the lawsuit in Georgia’s Fulton County Superior Court, says Williams had been using his recording space for comedy routines. Last October, Williams reportedly showed up to Powers’ studio with his “attack dog” by his side. The comedian allegedly gave his dog a verbal command, at which point the canine pounced on a dog owned by Powers. The injured animal wound up needing treatment from a veterinarian.

This past December, Williams requested that Powers meet him at a Four Seasons hotel to discuss the October incident. During their meeting, Powers reportedly informed the “First Sunday” star that he was thinking about filing criminal charges over the dog attack. Williams allegedly responded by threatening to kill Powers and punching him in the face. Powers now wants one-million-dollars in damages.

Last month, it was reported that a construction company had filed a lien against Katt Williams. Extreme Fence claims the comedian failed to pay an 89-hundred-dollar bill for their services.

Not only was Katt Williams was arrested Monday morning for burglary and criminal trespassing in metro Atlanta. But the comedian − normally known for his short stature and straight hair − is even more infamous for the mugshot he took in Coweta County.

Not only was his hair nappier than Ceely from the Color Purple, but he was cheesing like he just won the lottery! What exactly was going through his head I have no idea, probably “Man these nigga$ going to get it when they release my ass.” Or maybe he’s thinking of the inevitable jokes that will be told about him. Maybe he came up with a few of his own. (We’re secretly hoping that Dave Chappelle and Chris Rock toss a few into the mix.)

Katt’s lawyer, William Briggs, told TMZ that Williams was a guest, not a burglar, and that the false accusations are the result of a disagreement. Apparently Katt is filming a movie in Atlanta, and was staying at the producers house; which is the house that was “robbed”. According to our friends at Dlisted.com he had gotten into it with one of the producers employees, and the employee decided to get even.

Later today though, Katt Williams was released on bail, and is currently denying all allegations against him.

Thats one hell of a way to get even if you ask me, it just sucks that he may have to go to jail for crying wolf! Sucks to see another person hating on someone for something so simple, you dont play with peoples lives like that. But hey like Katt says, “If you ain’t got a hater you doing something wrong!”

Apparently Katt Williams was arrested on weapons charges in midtown Manhattan a yesterday after police found him driving without a license plates. According to NYPD, a handgun was found in his car after he was stopped for the initial traffic violation.

The 35-year-old comedian was released on bail Thursday just in time to ensure he collected that paycheck for his at Carnegie Hall show schduled that evening. On stage, he bragged to the audience that he “just got out of jail.”

Katt is just all over the place these days! First, he effs up his gig with the Hip Hop Awards, now this? Someone’s on that other ish.
