So much for all that shade they were throwing at each other just a month ago. They were looking pretty couply and posing for pics and laughing and carrying on. We reported yesterday that the two hit up a party at Marquee the other night as well. Looks like Mr. and Mrs. Jones just may be back on…. 

According to TMZ, Kelis is currently in labor and about to pop minute althought they have not told us where she is, we do know that she is in a NYC hospital. Despite her on going legal battle with father Nas, reports say that he’s rushing to her side. Nas the baby is coming!

Singer Kelis is asking a court to help her get money from her estranged husband, rapper Nas, as she prepares to give birth to his child. According to TMZ.com, Kelis filed papers requesting spousal support, child support and other expenses related to the unborn child. The R&B singer accused Nas of failing to make any payments related to her pregnancy since she filed for divorce earlier this year. Kelis wrote in the papers, quote, “I have run out of money,” and noted her “survival” is based on the rapper paying her bills. Kelis’ attorney, Laura Wasser, also informed the court that she asked Nas to shell out some money for Kelis’ pregnancy expenses, but he never responded. The estranged couple’s child is due sometime this month. Nas and Kelis first started dating in 2003, and ended up tying the knot two years later. Kelis filed for divorce from Nas back in April, citing “irreconcilable differences.” The estranged couple’s story will be the focus of the premiere issue of “Vibe” magazine’s new tabloid “The Most!” You can find the publication on newsstands today.

Kelis is calling out some men for their cheating ways. The “Bossy” singer took to her Twitter page Thursday, issuing a barrage of tweets about the subject. She invited the, quote, “scum bag coward husbands” to pair up with “less than impressive” women, so they can, quote, “all go down in flames together!” Kelis also noted that men are “driven” by something different than women, and that the ladies need to “take more responsibility” for their actions. In the middle of her rant, the singer added, quote, “Who’s disgusted and bitter…not I said the cat! Wink wink.” Kelis’ postings come in the wake of Internet photos of her estranged husband, rapper Nas, partying with women in the Caribbean. The pictures were posted Monday on the Twitter page of R&B singer Maxwell. Kelis filed for divorce from Nas back in April, citing “irreconcilable differences.” She is currently eight months pregnant with the couple’s first child together. Nas and Kelis first started dating in 2003, and ended up tying the knot two years later.

        Young Jeezy Concert Cancelled Over Swine Flu Concerns

Young Jeezy may “put on” for his city, but he won’t be “putting on” in Delaware right now. The University of Delaware posted a message on its website noting the rapper’s scheduled concert last night was cancelled in the wake of swine flu concerns. Ten students at the college have been unofficially diagnosed with the virus. School officials say they will attempt to reschedule Jeezy’s show, but no information is available yet. The rapper is slated to play in Rochester, New York on Saturday. The current outbreak of swine flu has also affected some Hollywood projects. The films “X-Men Origins: Wolverine” and “Star Trek” cancelled their Mexico City premieres. The Mexican capital has been hard hit by the virus, with over 150 deaths recorded so far.

                   DMX Ordered To Pay $240K To Assault Victim

DMX is going to have to dig deep into his pocketbook following a new court ruling. According to TMZ.com, the rapper has been ordered to pay 240-thousand dollars to a man he assaulted back in June 2004. DMX was arrested after cops claimed he used a fake police siren and posed as an FBI agent to pull over Sergei Priporin and his family at New York’s JFK Airport. The rapper reportedly tried to remove Priporin from the vehicle to commandeer it. DMX later pleaded guilty to reckless driving and drug charges in the matter, and avoided jail time. But the Priporin family filed a civil suit seeking four million dollars for each passenger in the vehicle. DMX’s attorney stated the rapper won’t apologize for pulling the Priporin’s over because they were in DMX’s way at the time. DMX is currently serving a 90-day sentence in Phoenix, Arizona. The rapper pled guilty to counts of animal cruelty, theft, possession of marijuana, and possession of a narcotic back in December. He was reportedly due to be released from jail this Thursday, but that date has apparently been pushed back. The new release date has yet to be revealed.

                                Kelis Files For Divorce From Nas

It looks like one hip-hop couple’s relationship is coming to an end. According to “Vibe” magazine, Kelis has filed for divorce from Nas. A rep for the R&B singer confirmed the news, adding, quote, “We request the media to respect her privacy during this very difficult time.” Kelis cited “irreconcilable differences” as her reason for the split. The singer is currently seven months pregnant with the couple’s first child together, which Nas revealed will be a boy. Nas’ camp has yet to comment on the divorce report. Nas and Kelis first started dating in 2003, and ended up tying the knot two years later.

Nas has made it official. The rapper told MTV News that he and wife, singer Kelis, are expecting their first child together this year. In fact, Nas said the couple will learn the sex of the new child sometime this week. “Us Weekly” first reported the baby news last month, citing a source who declared Kelis was, quote, “carrying hip-hop royalty!” Nas and Kelis tied the knot in Atlanta in January 2005. While this will be the couple’s first child together, Nas has a 15-year-old daughter named Destiny from a prior relationship.

Nas also promised another delivery in 2009. The rapper said he’s been working on a new album with Damian “Jr. Gong” Marley, the youngest son of late reggae legend Bob Marley. Nas said of the project, quote, “we tryin’ to build some schools in Africa with this one, and trying to build empowerment.” The yet-untitled disc is expected to hit stores this spring.
