As we all know, Lil Wayne was SUPPOSED to head the jail earlier this week.  Well, according to MTV.com, the rapper was due to be sentenced Tuesday but instead will now be back in court on March 2 after SURGERY on his teeth….I didn’t know they did that…Anyway, personally, I can count the 2 times I have seen Wayne without some kind of GRILL, so I wonder what kind of work is he getting done…lol.

Lil Wayne is going in, LITERALLY!  Weezy reportedly is taking a 8 month plea deal for a criminal weapons charge. Although earlier this year in Yuma, Arizona, border police stopped his tour bus at a checkpoint and found a variety of drugs and handguns; that is not what he is pleading guilty to.

Apparently he is being forced, to avoid a longer sentence, to take a plea deal over a criminal possessions for a loaded .40 caliber pistol found on his tour bus in New York from 2007. It’s rumored that there was a small piece of his DNA left on the gun and that’s what tied it to him.

Damnn Wayne, it sucks that it turned out this way, but then again I guess it’s only right.  Celebs shouldn’t get special treatment when it comes to committing a crime. Me, being a fan of Wayne, it’s going to suck when his hiatus comes! I guess money can’t buy you jail time or can it…
