New York State Senator Demands Apology From Lil Wayne
Lil Wayne isn’t feeling the love from one New York state senator. Malcolm A. Smith has demanded that the hip-hop star apologize for telling MTV News that he doesn’t like New York City. During a press conference Wednesday afternoon in the Big Apple’s Father Duffy Square, “The New York Times” reports that Smith said he was “angry,” “taken aback” and “shocked” by Weezy’s statement. (the man behind Jay-Z and Kanye’s ‘Niggas in Paris’, A$AP Rocky’s ‘Goldie’ and more), working on material for the follow-up to last year’s 4.
The newspaper source claims that Beyonce has “spent thousands hiring out the whole studios. She’s got security on the doors to ensure no one hears a whisper. She’s being strict with proceedings too, putting in 14-hour days and declaring nobody leaves until it’s perfect.â€

 The stars of Love & Hip-Hop Atlanta have recently made their way to New York as reported by TheJasmineBrand. Cast members Joseline, Stevie J, K.Michelle and Scrappy, along with the shows executive producer Mona Scott-Young kicked off their week in NYC at a press reception at Griffin in the Meatpacking District.
The private event was sponsored by Bartenura Wines and Ciroc, and also featured an episode screening along with a Q&A session. Questions ranged from the status of Stevie J and Joseline’s relationship, to Scrappy not wanting to pay child support, along with K.Michelle’s music career.
