Rihanna is adding to her list of U.K. endeavors. The R&B diva recently announced a hosting gig on the fashion competition show “Styled to Rock,” and now she’s set to design a collection for high end British brand River Island. Rihanna says in a statement posted on her website that she’s wanted to design her own line for some time now, and River Island seemed like the “perfect partner.”
TattleTailz reports that She explains that she wanted to work with a family run business, adding that she was also drawn to the fact that River Island “loves to have fun with clothes.” For their part, River Island’s CEO tells “Vogue” they’re “thrilled” to work with Rihanna, whom they call a “style icon.” Read More »
