Michael Jackson Siblings Accuse Executors Of Falsifying Pop Star’s Will
There’s a battle brewing over Michael Jackson’s will. E! News says the late pop star’s siblings are angling to oust the executors of Michael’s estate, accusing them of fraud.
Janet, Jermaine, Rebbie, Tito and Randy Jackson have reportedly sent an angry letter to John Branca and John McClain, accusing the men of falsifying the will, which they call “Fake, Flawed and Fraudulent” in the letter.
But a spokesman for the estate says any questions about the validity of the will and Michael’s selection of Branca and McClain as executors were debunked two years ago. According to E!, the rep also reiterates that Michael’s mother and three children were the only family members named in the will. He adds, “We are saddened that false and defamatory accusations grounded in stale Internet conspiracy theories are now being made by certain member of Michael’s family whom he chose to leave out of his will.” Read More »
