Today is Ray J’s 39th birthday and the singer and actor dropped a new music video for his hit single, “Party’s Over.” The song featuring his sister Brandy was lifted from his new EP “Emerald City” which was released today. This song is pretty deep as it talks about him and his thoughts of being a celebrity as he grew up as a childhood and now all his dreams have come true.

They also report that Ray J will be paid a $30,000 allowance for flights and accommodations for his time away from home. Ray J, who is singer Brandy’s brother, is also said to be looking to purchase property in Mayfair after he’s finished with the show.
