(ATLANTA, GA) – September 21, 2017 – Last night, Grammy® nominated Kelly Price and TriFectHerEntertainment packed the house for the Hurricane Relief Benefit Concert at City Winery ATL to help two selected families that have been impacted by both Hurricane Harvey and Hurricane Irma. This was a ticketed event in which all proceeds, including ticket sales, wine sales, a silent auction, and physical donations will be donated to recover the lives of the families. The winery was filled with love as performances by Gritz and Jelly Butter, Algebra Blessett, Major., Donell Jones, Pastor Troy, Big Freedia,Mia X, Raheem DeVaughn, Trina, Case, 112, Kelly Price, and Slick Rick and more. The event was hosted by Ed Lover and Eva Marcille.
Last night, the 80’s jams were in full effect ! Big Daddy Kane, Troop, Slick Rick, Jalil & Ecstasy of Whodini, Hi Five, Force MD’s and Chubb Rock ! The concert was hosted by funny man MC Lightfoot with a suprise appearance of Kool Moe D ! Special shout out to Lisa Gee for doing such great PR for the media !
I had the time of my life last night at the Essence Festival 2015 concert featuring the likes of Kem, Ms. India Arie, Uncle Charlie Wilson, Mr. Frankie Beverly featuring Maze, and many many more. The Mercedes-Benz Super Dome was on fire as fans across the world came together to enjoy good music, fun, and celebrity sightings of the most epic kind. The big homies Dougie E Fresh and Slick Rick showed out for Funk Fest 2014. The crowd participation was in full effect. The human beat box was in full effect. Nostalgia and the early days of HIP HOP was in full effect all up and through Wolf Creek Amphitheater as the big homies took us back to the days of early RAP MUSIC.
