Last night “American Idol” brought out the big guns for it’s finale show. I must say this is by far the best yet and for good reason the season needed to go out with a banger because since Paula and Simon’s departure from the show, the show hasn’t been the same and ratings have been in the stupor to sat the least.
Beyonce, Lady Gaga, and Chili had an all time stellar performance and left the audience in an uncontrollable frenzy. Beyonce took the stage with “Idol’s” female finalists, and then returned to sing her new single “One Plus One.” “Idol” judge Jennifer Lopez shared the stage with her husband Marc Anthony, while Lady Gaga performed her hit “The Edge of Glory.” Other artists featured on Wednesday’s “Idol” season finale included Tim McGraw, Carrie Underwood, U2’s Bono and The Edge, Tom Jones, and Gladys Knight.
Now Beyonce’s performance was so great she had to have her own post so click here to see my girl get down.
It’s hard to believe that it has already been 9 years. The industry still morns the lost of such a talented and beautiful spirit. We here at FreddyO.com keep the Lopes family, Chilli, T-Boz and everyone affected by her loss lifted up in prayer. RIP Left Eye, gone but never forgotten. READ MORE
