Today we found out that Terrence J landed a  new JOB that pay’s, and is considered a step up. In between hosting BET’s nationally syndicated show “106 & Park” for the past seven years, the 30-year-old has managed to land roles on the network’s sitcom show, “The Game,” and earlier this year starred in the No. 1 film “Think Like A Man.” With no intentions of slowing the growth of his resume, this month Terrence is set to appear in the much anticipated remake of “Sparkle”, and now he’s got an even bigger and better JOB.

Paigion To Host BET’s 2011 Notarized Countdown!

Shorty Da Prince To Host BET’s 2011 Notarized Countdown!

Do yall think they will be replacing Terrence and Roxy. Just so yall know July 6, 2006, Rocsi (real name Raquel Roxanne Diaz) and Terrence Jenkins (“Terrence J.”) became the hosts after winning the BET New Faces contest.
A. J. Calloway and Marie “Free” Wright were the original hosts of the show from September 11, 2000 until July 28, 2005, when Calloway (who was tearful on that particular episode.) announced that it would be his last show, as well as for Free (who spoke via phone), as the show was either presented by Calloway or Wright.

Born and raised in St. Louis, Jordan “Shorty da Prince” Johnson is the newest member to the HOT 107.5 . Although he is only 22 yrs old he is not what you would call a rookie to radio seeing as though he’s been heatin’ the airwaves since the age of 12. Shorty gained respect as not only a successful on air personality but also as a top notch recording artist. Most known for his 2008 Summer anthem “Wah Wah Wow” (Ratchet a** h**) Shorty has continued to crank out music for his fan base despite his signing and release from Atlantic/Warner Bros. Records. Kevin Liles saw the potential in Shorty and signed him at the young age of 15 and although he is no longer under that label having made connections and collaborating with the likes of Trey Songz, B.O.B, and Maino, just to name a few. Shorty continues to make good music for his new and old fans.

You can check him out every weeknight on HOT 107.5 from 7 to Midnights as he brings some STL swag to the “D”.

Paigion can also be heard everyday on HOT 107.5 from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. and Saturdays 9 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. or online at HotHipHopDetroit.Com.

Paigion’s recent accomplishments include a feature in the Source Magazine as one of the country’s premiere On Air Personalities. In Paigion’s free time she makes it priority to serve the community by mentoring youth. Check out Paigion and her “Fly Girl/Fly Life” Movement at Paigion.com
