The View had Kim Kardashian stop by the show earlier this week. She talked about her body insecurity, lessons in love with NBA player Kris Humphries, her changes in life and what her future with Kanye West is looking like. Kim stated during the interview,
“I’m such a different person today,†she told the ABC chatefest. “I care more about the simple things. You really figure out what’s important in life.â€
It appears as if Star Jones and Barbara Walters have gotten over their differences. Jones is set to return to ABC’s hit, daytime talk show “The View” for the first time in six years.
According to “The Hollywood Reporter,” she will stop by the February 22nd episode to promote the American Heart Association’s “Go Red for Women” campaign, which raises awareness of heart disease in women.
Jones’ high-profile exit from “The View” captured headlines in 2006. After the network declined to renew her contract, Jones abruptly announced that she was leaving the show.
Walters refused to let Jones back on the air to finish out her contract on “The View.”
The relationship between the two has been tense ever since.
Jones currently serves as a legal correspondent for NBC’s “Today” show. Heres The View episode were Barbara Walters makes the statement on Star Jones leaving the show!!!
The ladies from The View are known for getting into some pretty controversial conversations. Therefore, it should come as no surprise that more drama has arisen amongst the ladies. On a recent show, Barbara Walters takes it upon herself to use the n-word after hearing co-host Whoopi Goldberg use the term. However, after Barbara Walters used the word, Sherri Shepard was sure to let her know that she wasn’t feeling it! READ MORE
Yooo, Wendy Williams and the ladies of the The View are back with new sets, new interviews and plenty of talk. They are back and revamped and hopefully this season will be better than ever. I caught Wendy’s show today and I gotta say, it was slacking a little bit. Wendy just got off her summer tour and it was tight, but I need to see more content! Next week, she’s supposed to have Hollywood bad boy Charlie Sheen on the show, and I’m hoping she’ll go in. The View had Dr. Phil today, and tomorrow is former Vice President Dick Cheney…I’m sure Whoopi will be telling somebody off! Haha.
The View co-host recently revealed on air that she didn’t wear any underwear during her wedding! It seems her homegirl and bridesmaid Niecy Nash advised her not to. Sounds cool, but the problem came when the microphone pack for her TV special on Style Network fell down her back. When her friends started to lift up her dress to fix the problem, Sherri yelled, “‘No, I have no panties on!’ …and one bridesmaid thought I kept screaming, ‘My pancreas! My pancreas!.'”
Elisabeth Hasselback, Sherri’s co-host and bridesmaid, added that she was “like a person drowning who won’t let you help them…I was ready to slap you.”
Should she have worn underwear on her wedding day?

Today “The View’s” Sherry Shepherd did everyone a great justice and spoke the real when it came to the whole Bishop Eddie Long case. She said the very thing everyone was thinking and really brought it home referring to her own personal situation. She simply believes that Bishop Eddie Long took the coward road out when news broke that he settle out of court privately and sealed the records so that it may never be revealed as to what the ending result was. Sherri became emotionally involved because she is a single Christian mother herself who also has a son that she would trust her church would give her son the proper guidance. So when a mother finds this stuff out about there children and the leader of the church it alters your perception of christianity and the church and possibly doing irrepetible damage.
