Britney Spears walked off the set of “X Factor”  and several people in the audience noticed that she was upset after a contestant butchered her song, “Hold It Against Me.”
Britney did not come back immediately … and four contestants auditioned in front of the remaining judges … and one empty seat.
The show is reporting that she did not walk off but “Just took a short break.”
Britney Spears 30-year-old mother of two has reportedly reached a deal with “The X Factor” that will give her 15-million dollars to take a seat at the judges’ table.  Nicole Scherzinger won’t be reprising her role as judge and mentor  on “The X Factor”. Sources say Nicole “wants to focus on her music career,” adding that her duties on “The X Factor” “took a lot more of her time than she ever expected.” Nicole has reportedly informed fellow mentor Simon Cowell of her decision and has received “his blessing.” Word is that Nicole and Simon did not get a long with each other at all and that it was a lot of behind the scenes drama which is why she left.

My girl Kelly Rowland has been doing it big lately! Her single ‘Motivation’ is currently the number one urban song in the country, but you could probably guess that already with the fifty-leven remixes of it that are out. Well, here’s another one to add to the list, but people are saying that this could be the best remix of ‘Motivation’ yet. The Motivation (Urban Mix) features verses from Busta Rhymes, Trey Songz, and Fabolous, and I gotta say it’s HOT. Check it out!
Kelly has also been busy in the U.K. filming for the country’s version of The X-Factor.
In case you don’t know, The X-Factor is a competition show similar in style to American Idol, and there’s actually an American version premiering later this year. She was looking GOOD in Glasgow as she exited her hotel to go watch auditions from the many hopefuls wanting to earn a spot on the show.

Rumors have circulated for months about who will join the ex-”American Idol” man’s new British import singing competition, but since the announcement of producer LA Reid as one of the show’s three judges, Cowell has gone silent with any confirmations, offering only a shortlist of candidates. He shot down the reports that Mariah Carey was set to be one of the judges, citing her pregnancy, but during a recent radio interview, he admitted that the star would have a role on the show.

Rihanna won’t be a judge on Simon Cowell’s “The X Factor” later this year, but it’s not because she isn’t interested in the show. The singer stopped by Ryan Seacrest’s radio show on Wednesday where she said she would have “loved” to have been a part of the competition. Rihanna went on to explain that her busy schedule won’t allow her to take part, noting that it’s “impossible” for her to be on set for “months at a time.” Rihanna also discussed the new remix of her hit “S&M,” which features Britney Spears. Rihanna says collaborating with Britney was “great,” adding that their “similar sounds” are what really make the track work.
