According to Necolebitchie.com, Gucci Mane and Usher recently teamed up to shoot a video for their single “Spotlight.” The leading lady in this video, to my surprise and many others, was Eddie Murphy’s daughter Bria. I knew she was modeling, I just didn’t expect her to do videos. But from the looks of the pictures it seems like this is going to be a good luck for Gucci!

Tameka Foster Raymond was on V-103 to discuss all of the hate she has been receiving in the media. I have to say  after speaking to her today, that she tends to sit back and let the media talk, but yesterday she spoke about how the things being said are not only untrue, but hurtful to her family; and especially her children. She talked about how we as black people bring each other down & how a lot of blogger hide behind the key board… 

While there she discussed everything from still being in love with her husband, to why people continuously compare her to Chili from TLC. After hearing her tell her side of the story and not any he say she say, I must say I was truly moved.In part of the interview she said:

“He married me, he only married only one women, me!!!”

“I didnt run off and just leave my kids how people try to say, I would never do that people, I love my family my kids come first”.

Tameka discussed how she loves children and wants to have a big family. She also talked about why she doesnt wear her wedding ring although she is still married, and how her divorce wasnt finalized just yet. Here are all of the different videos from the interview. Here is the video..

Be on the look-out for his sixth studio album, Monster, to hit stores very soon as Usher has announced that the album is near completion! He’s been recording the album since the fall of 2008 and spent most of his time preparing the LP in the Las Vegas area.

“I came here to Vegas to close out the album and we did our last few sessions last night,” Usher told the Las Vegas Sun. “Within the next few weeks — few days — we’re going to be finished with it. … On this album, the influences came from places I’ve gone myself, the reality of circumstances of choice.”

Usher has filed for divorce from wife Tameka Foster Raymond.  The R & B star filed the petition Friday in Superior Court in Atlanta, court records show. The couple, who got married in August 2007, have two sons together, Usher Raymond V, 18 months, and Naviyd, 6 months.

Usher, 30, and his wife of nearly two years, 38, have been leading separate lives for months, sources tell PEOPLE. The singer has been away from home often recording his next record in Las Vegas, one source says. “He’s done his best to keep Tameka away,” says the source.

Another source told PEOPLE that Tameka has been focusing on keeping her family happy.

The night before Usher filed for divorce, his wife was spotted at a screening of Eddie Murphy’s new movie, Imagine That in Atlanta with the couple’s eldest son, and two of her sons from her first husband. Tameka, who was wearing a gray shirt, tight jeans and high heels, “was happy and smiling,” says an onlooker.

The night his divorce papers were filed, Usher spent a low-key night at the Los Angeles club MyHouse. He arrived late and came in through the back then was seated at a table where he spent time with a few friends chatting and drinking. The singer, who was smiling and talkative, seemed to be in a good, but mellow mood.

Calls to the singer’s rep were not immediately returned.

A lot of artists claim to have next but, I can honestly say after seeing this kid perform this weekend in the Atl he is the definition of NEXT…My homegirl Tangie from V-103 kept telling me about this new hot singer, rapper and actor named Drake!  So I did a lil research and none of it could have prepared me for his live show…He really encompasses a raw yet polished talent whether singing or rapping!  And even though I didn’t know who he was Atlanta did because the show was sold out and a few celebs stopped by to co-sign on Drake.

  In the building Usher, Jermaine Dupri, Teyana Taylor, Little Chuckie and Trey Songs …Now Drake is rumored to have signed with Lil Wayne’s “Young Money Entertainment” but my sources say tho he’s cool with Wayne, Drake is officially signed to Interscope Records.  Don’t believe me, check him out for yourself and then click here to see the pics from this weekends concert right here in the A…

It seems Usher is disappointed with Chris Brown’s recent jet-skiing trip. MTV.com says the R&B singer recently appeared in a video on producer Jermaine Dupri’s YouTube channel. The eight-minute clip mostly featured the men joking about other subjects. But when the Chris Brown-Rihanna incident came up, Usher chastised his fellow singer for the photos that recently surfaced of Brown jet-skiing in Miami. Usher said, quote, “C’mon Chris. Have a little bit of remorse, man.” The video has since been removed from Dupri’s YouTube page. Brown was arrested February 8th for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend, pop singer Rihanna. Authorities are still investigating the incident. The couple is reportedly reconciling. They were spotted arriving in Los Angeles together on Monday morning.
