Raven-Symone Starring In Broadway’s “Sister Act”
Raven-Symone is taking her “act” to Broadway. The former “That’s So Raven” star is set to make her Broadway debut in Whoopi Goldberg’s “Sister Act.” Symone will be playing the role of Deloris Van Cartier, which is the same character Goldberg played in the 1992 movie “Sister Act.”

The Wendy Williams Show & The View Back For A New Season
Yooo, Wendy Williams and the ladies of the The View are back with new sets, new interviews and plenty of talk. They are back and revamped and hopefully this season will be better than ever. I caught Wendy’s show today and I gotta say, it was slacking a little bit. Wendy just got off her summer tour and it was tight, but I need to see more content! Next week, she’s supposed to have Hollywood bad boy Charlie Sheen on the show, and I’m hoping she’ll go in. The View had Dr. Phil today, and tomorrow is former Vice President Dick Cheney…I’m sure Whoopi will be telling somebody off! Haha.

Whoopi Goldberg Never Loved the Men She Married
Shocking new: Whoopi Goldberg has never loved the three men she married. She split with her first husband, Alvin Martin in 1979 after six years of marriage, then married David Claessen in ’86, but divorced only after two year. Then she exchanged those sacred vows with Lyle Trachtenberg in 1994 before that relationship came to a quick halt just after a year.
The talk show host and actress opened up about those intimate, or not so intimate times in her life and the persistent problems she’s had with love on “Piers Morgan Tonight.â€
“I suppose you have to actually be in love with the person you marry. You have to be committed to them. I don’t have that commitment. I’m committed to my family,†Whoopi said. “No [I wasn't in love with my husbands]. It’s the truth. I wanted to feel normal and it seemed to me if I was married I’d have a much more normal life.â€

Whoopi Goldberg got heated on The View today over a NY Times article about Black actors and movie awards. I don’t blame her.
Apparently, the article left her name out of their list of Academy Award winners. The NY Times article says that only 7 Black actors have won an Academy Award in the past 73 years…Denzel Washington, Halle Berry, Jaime Foxx, Forest Whitaker, Morgan Freeman, Jennifer Hudson and Mo’Nique. What they left out was Whoopi winning Best Supporting Actress for her role in Ghost (1990) Read More »
