Last night my homie Jeezy held one of the biggest birthday dinners the city of Atlanta has had in a long time. I have to say I am not one to party but I do like to eat, after drinking 5 shots of Ciroc and writing at 2:53 a.m. in the morning I had the time of my life…
I don’t know if it was the mood of the night or too much Ciroc and Red Bull but I have to say I really had a great time celebrating Jeezy’s birthday. It was a private event and only 50 of the most important people in G.A. was in the building. The dinner which was sponsored by Ciroc and Red Bull the event had everyone from the Mayor of Atlanta to one of SunTrust Top CEO’s who all came out to support Jeezy. This was the first party to kick off the BET weekend.
Luda Neyo B.Cox, Devyne Stephens and the man that put me on JD was in the building to support Jeezy on his big day. It was crazy hearing them tell their stories of how they got started…

Young Jeezy announced back in July that his long awaited album, Thug Motivation 103, would drop September 20th. However, that is no longer the case. The Atlanta rapper is experiencing yet another delay for the album. Looks like Katt Williams is at it again! After being kicked out of his own show (see here), he got into a fight at someone else’s show!
At a recent concert in Phoenix, AZÂ in which rapper Young Jeezy headlined, Katt Williams stole the show. We’ve got clips of a massive brawl and that show Katt with his shirt off, but still rocking a spiked necklace and hat.
The highlight is that during the fight, Jeezy keeps performing his song, then tells the people fighting to go outside and then asks for the lights to be turned back down so he can continue performing!
It seems Katt Williams got into a brawl with a local performer. We’re not sure exactly what went down, but we’ll keep you up when we get more details.

Fans don’t need to worry about Young Jeezy’s upcoming album making its September 20th release date. The emcee caught up with MTV News this week and said “Thug Motivation 103′s” debut is “dead-locked.” “Thug Motivation 103″ has been on the horizon for a while, but Jeezy explains that he wasn’t going to just rush it out so he could meet his deadline. He says he always wants to give fans “something to live and die by,” adding that if “it ain’t monumental, I don’t want to be a part of it.” “Thug Motivation 103″ will be Young Jeezy’s first release since 2008′s “The Recession,” which hit number one on the Billboard 200 chart.
Young Jeezy will be giving fans a taste of “Thug Motivation 103″ this weekend when he kicks off his U.S. tour. The trek gets under way tonight at The Palladium in Dallas. Jeezy will then hit cities like Boston, Houston, Los Angeles and Las Vegas before wrapping things up on September 2nd in Seattle.

Young Jeezy fans can start marking their calendars. The emcee was performing at New York’s Highline Ballroom on Monday night when he announced that his next album, “Thug Motivation 103,” will be arriving on September 20th. The long-awaited record will be Jeezy’s fourth studio effort, and is set to feature appearances from artists like Lil Wayne, Chris Brown, Kanye West, and Ludacris. Blink-182 rocker Travis Barker plays drums on the album’s intro, and tells Rap-Up.com they put together an “amazing” and “epic” sound.
“Thug Motivation 103″ will be Young Jeezy’s follow-up to 2008′s “The Recession,” which hit number one on the Billboard 200 chart.

During a recent interview with New York’s Angie Martinez, Jeezy debuted his new song Shake Life. The track samples Toto’s Georgy Porgy and he’s still rapping about having big money. This track is more of a celebratory joint that is making a toast to the good life with lyrics like:

Recently Dj Khaled stated that there is no beef between Rick Ross and Young Jeezy! We all know that Dj Khaled and Rick Ross are like family so his word is very credible. Khaled says:
“I don’t condone problems. That’s just what I do. I represent that love and just making great music. Them two guys, they don’t have no problems. I guess people in the streets just try to make things into a problem. But that’s just life. That’s how you know when you hot. And that’s just part of the game. When you in the game and you successful you have to deal with things like that. But you know, they aint got no problems. It’s all love.”

Young Jeezy re-makes “Above The Rim†for his new video “Ballin†Ft Lil Wayne. In the videos Jeezy and Wayne kinda had me lost, and the video is was like nothing I have seen all year. I love the song it makes me want to spend money I don’t have… LOL
