 Terrence Howard’s ongoing divorce is only getting uglier and has me asking my friends do you really know who your  married too.
According to TMZ.com, the actor has filed a new declaration in L.A. County Superior Court alleging that his estranged wife, Michelle Howard, would often use racial slurs during arguments.
Terrence has previously claimed that Michelle was trying to blackmail him with private recordings taken from his computer.
He’s now alleging that Michelle threatened to have him “clipped” by some “Russian friends” if he ever went to the police about her extortion attempt. Terrence also alleges that Michelle attacked him with a bottle on two separate occasions. He’s now asking the court for a restraining order against his soon-to-be ex-wife. A hearing is scheduled for January 17th.
Terrence and Michelle tied the knot in January of 2010. Earlier this month, Michelle received a restraining order against the “Hustle & Flow” star, claiming that he began physically abusing her just seven days after they got married.
