Over the weekend the hood came out for the first ever what they call “celebration of the people, history, culture, and businese” on Campbellton Road. as the homie Rocko the Donn headlined the event with special guest King Issa!

Campbellton Road day held one of the south’s biggest community days, the event was all about giving back. Much love to the homie Rocko he looked out for his people, and did his thang on the stage, that man got hits… (Think of Campbellton Road like a cleaner Bankhead not hating but you know what I mean if you from the A )

There was rides for the kids, over 150 food and retail vendors, all-you-can-eat seafood tent and a competition gaming tent for Playstation, WII and XBox. Here are some of the photos Yall know I love the hood…

People came from all over the state to support see more photos below…

The event was presented by WB. Also performing was over 25 local artist and entertainers.

One of the youngest doing his thing and making major buzz with the teens is King Issa, who was also in the building, with his cuzo Jacquees! These boys be killing it!!! This is what happen the last time they came to an even’t….
