The-Dream Owes Georgia $117K In Taxes

The state of Georgia says The-Dream hasn’t been paying his taxes. According to TMZ.com, the R&B star owes the Peach State more than 100-thousand dollars.

The Georgia Department of Revenue has filed a state tax lien against the singer claiming that he failed to pay more than 60-thousand dollars in income taxes back in 2007.

With interest added in, The-Dream now owes the state 117-thousand-401 dollars.

The-Dream had a big year in 2007.

He signed a lucrative deal with Def Jam and produced Rihanna’s hit single “Umbrella,” which he recently said made him 15-million dollars.
