Over the weekend the rapper 2 Chainz celebrated Father’s Day with close friends and family. 2 Chainz is always rapping about his baby girls and they gifted him with a dope photo of their family.

Two Chainz is opening up about being a victim of an armed robbery last week in San Francisco. The rapper tells Atlanta’s Hot 107.9 radio that he decided to flee the scene once he saw one person brandishing a gun.

After running into the street, 2 Chainz spotted a second gunman, which made him realize that the incident “wasn’t an episode of ‘Punk’d.'” Apparently, the second gunman fired shots at the rapper that were near enough to leave bullet fragments in his hair.

Because 2 Chainz fell down around the same time the shots were fired, the rapper believes the gunman thought he shot him. Two Chainz added that he’s grateful he wasn’t injured in the incident. Two Chainz also addressed his Twitter posts following the incident, in which he seemed to deny the robbery reports. The rapper clarified that he was just explaining to fans that the gunmen didn’t steal any of his jewelry.

Let me tell you Chainz is very big on family because he brought over 60 family members to Birthday Bash 18. I was told  “he’s always on the road so much, so when he does have time to spend with his family he tries to go all out…”

Rapper 2 Chainz’s sophomore album will have a familiar title. The rapper took to Twitter to reveal that his second album will be called “B.O.A.T.S. II: Me Time.” The acronym appears to come from the title of 2 Chainz’s 2012 debut album “Based On A T.R.U. Story.” Fans have already had a small taste of what to expect from “B.O.A.T.S. II.” Earlier this month, the rapper released the first song from the album called “Feds Watching” featuring Pharrell Williams.

“B.O.A.T.S. II” is scheduled to hit stores on September 10th.

Last week, 2 Chainz found himself on opposite ends of the law. After being robbed at gunpoint last Sunday, the rapper was arrested at Los Angeles International Airport Tuesday for possession of marijuana and promethazine, one of the key ingredients in “sizzurp.” He was later booked on charges of felony narcotics possession.
