Tyga is claiming that the eviction lawsuit that he’s currently involved in is frivilous and that he’s buying the house.
Check out the details below.
Rapper Tyga says the eviction lawsuit his lawyer filed against him is bogus, because he’s NOT a renter; he’s a homebuyer. The story seems sketchy at best; according to Tyga, he put down $200,000 down on the Calabasas mansion a full year ago and the landlord told him he could move in during escrow, without paying any rent.
That’s a little strange but everything in that world is different. Where you live somewhere and don’t pay rent at? Oh at the Calabasas mansion according to Tyga. Tyga says the escrow was supposed to close several months ago, but didn’t because the seller didn’t provide Tyga’s bank with info that would allow the loan to be processed. That seems really sketchy too.
The landlord tells a different story and is accusing Tyga of being a “squatta”. A squatta is someone who just takes over your place and live rent free.
His lawyer, Lee Hutton, tells TMZ, “We evidently live in a world where a man’s word is no longer your bond.”
Let this be a lesson for Tyga and all of you reading this message. Get everything in WRITING!
