Ja Rule served nearly two years in federal prison, but now he’s free to “Live it UP“.
Ja Rule spent 2 years in a New York state prison before his release in February 2013 for illegal gun possession. He was transferred into Federal Custody for his tax evasion charge. He admitted to failing to pay taxes on the $3 million he earned between 2004 and 2006.
Mrs. Ja Rule picked him up from jail and took him home where he will remained under house arrest until July 28, 2013.
Last year, Ja Rule released “Pain Is Love 2” while he was still incarcerated. It’s great that Ja Rule was able to be productive from prison.
We can’t wait to see Ja Rule get back on his feet and put this period behind him.
Love Ja Rule and the whole Murder Inc era of music.
Do you think Ja Rule will be able to come back after his stint in prison?
