The season 4 finale of VH1’s “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” at 8:00 PM ET/PT on Monday, August 17th was the #1 telecast on all of television for the day among women 18-49 and women 18-34. The episode was also the #1 cable telecast among adults 18-49!!! More details inside.
The smash hit’s season finale delivered a 2.3 rating among adults 18-49 (Live +SD) and over 3.3 million total viewers. When combined with the evening’s encore airings at 10 PM and 12 Midnight, 5.3 million total viewerstuned in to the season 4 finale of “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” throughout Monday night.
Once again, “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” finishes the season as summer’s #1 cable reality series among adults 18-49 and women 18-49 both on the Live + Same Day and Live + 3 metrics, according to analysis of Nielsen Media Research. Before Monday’s finale, the series had been averaging 3.5 million total viewers in Live + 3 ratings.
“Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” was also the 2ND most social show of the summer on all television in unique authors.*
For season-to-date up to August 5, the series delivered just short of 44 million cross-platform streams across VH1’s owned and operated properties as well as Facebook and YouTube — up nearly +50% from the same weeks prior season.
The first of this season’s two-part reunion special debuts this Monday, August 24 at 8:00 PM ET/PT.
