Beyonce was ready to PROVE once and for all to her haters that she can in fact sing the national anthem.  Just moments ago during a press conference for Sunday’s Super Bowl she belted out the “Star-Spangled Banner” with NO backing and rocked it!!! Check video out inside.

Beyonce at a press conference for the Super Bowl halftime show ended up having an impromptu performance and after the song said,“Any questions?” During the conference TMZ reports she was asked many times about the lip-syncing during the Presidential Inauguration.

“I am a perfectionist … I did not have time to rehearse with the orchestra [at the Inauguration]. It was a live television show and a very important moment for me. “Due to the weather, due to the delay, due to no proper sound check, I did not feel comfortable taking the risk … so I decided to sing along with my pre-recorded track, which is very common in the music industry. And I’m very proud of my performance.”
