One of the men who claims he was attacked by Ray J’s bodyguards says he plans to press charges. The man, who is identified only as Phil, tells TMZ that he was blindsided by the punch that left him lying on the sidewalk. Phil says his friend was punched by one of Ray J’s bodyguards last Friday morning after being told to get away from the R&B star’s vehicle. Phil claims he was just coming to help his friend when all of a sudden he was punched by another bodyguard. Phil says the next thing he knew he was waking up on the ground, adding that he had to go to the hospital for a mild concussion. Ray J has yet to comment on the alleged incident.
Word is on the street that Ray J 30 is back with Whitney Houston 48.
