Have you ever gone into a movie theatre that was crowded, loud, seats uncomfortable maybe, and said to yourself, I wish I could watch this at home. Well your wish has finally come true. Comcast is giving its customers the pleasure of watching brand new movies at home in their own comfort zone.  The first movie they are testing comes from Universal Pictures and is a comedy starring Eddie Murphy and Ben Stiller entitled, “Tower Heist†which is set for theatres November 4th.
There is an unlimited time you can watch the movie within a 48- hour window. The cost of this new luxury is 60 dollars, which around the same price a sports fan may pay to see a boxing match.  “This experiment will allow the two companies to sample consumer appetite for this film in this window at this price while allowing the film to achieve its full potential at the box office,” a Universal spokeswoman said in a statement.  Now the question is, how bad do you want to watch a new movie within the comfort of your home? $60 dollars’ worth?
Thats a great idea! I would invite all my fam and friends and charge them $7 bucks and they b.y.o.l ant etc. Actually I would profit from it, so I love that idea!! The blower is that I have Fios:(
Sounds like a good idea just cost too much to me
@ leelee, EXACTLY! That’s what I’m talmbout! Sounds like a party to me!
depends on the movie. Yeah do it like a party and invite friends over.
