The man who claimed alleged sexual relationship with voice of Sesame Street character Elmo has taken back is accusations. The man now claims he was not underage when he had the sexual relationship with Kevin Clash.

TMZ reports the accuser’s lawyer just released a statement saying:

“[The accuser] wants it to be known that his sexual relationship with Mr. Clash was an adult consensual relationship. [The accuser] will have no further comment.“

Why the accuser has NOW changed his story we do not know, BUT there was a meeting between the man and Clash’s attorney that could have talked about a financial settlement and something like 6 figures were on the table.

Clash has also released a statement saying, “I am relieved that this painful allegation has been put to rest. I will not discuss it further.”
