Chris Brown’s neighbors are probably super excited righ now because he has just listed his West Hollywood, Calif. condominium at $1.9 million.   This ends a months-long conflict between Brown and the other residents in his building.
The R&B singer moved in February 2011, and has been a hard-partying homeowner with no regard for his neighbors. There were reports that the star raced his dogs down the hallway, blasted music at all hours of the day, partied constantly and and then had the nerve to be disrespectful.
