Kevin Clash now the former voice of Elmo, is said to have used alcohol to get oral sex from an underage boy. This is the 3rd accuser to come forward and file a lawsuit.TMZ reports, according to the lawsuit that was filed in Manhattan federal court the alleged victim met Clash on a gay phone chat line. At the time of the chatting the accuser was 16 and Clash was about 40. The accuser is now 28 years old at the time was in NYC pursuing modeling and Clash had invited him to his apartment. The accuser said his apartment was filled with Elmo dolls and photos of Elmo with celebrities.
The accuser aka John Doe is claiming that Clash plied him with alcohol and “groomed him,” and then engaged in sexual contact that included “oral sex and digital penetration of John’s anus.” He says he kept in contact but there was no other sexual encounters.
