Allen Iverson was not only called a bad father in court and lost his Atlanta mansion to foreclosure auction but now his lawyer is claiming he has not paid legal fees of up to $60,000.
TMZ reports that Jonathan Levine has filed a lien against Allen Iverson in Georgia. He has claimed that the NBA star has racked up $61,098.86 in legal bills during the divorce battle. The battle was finalized in January and AI has still not paid off the fees.
Levine states the debt is from all of the hours he worked in 2012 BEFORE he quit the case. He withdrew himself from the case at the end of last year. Levine claims he couldn’t properly communicate with Iverson. AI hired a new attorney who handled the settlement. In the documents filed if Iverson doesn’t pay Levine can start going after what assets he has left
