Even though her ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil got nothing after her death, her fans did. Her father, Mitch Winehouse, went to her London flat to clean it out and was seen distributing her clothing to fans who were still mourning outside. He was quoted saying that “this is what she would have wanted – for her fans to have her clothes”. The action seemed to be very kind hearted being that I have never heard of anything like this happening before in the death of a celebrity. Her father kept some of her possessions to himself including a pair of ballet flats, her notebooks, and her guitar.

Her fans looked really appreciative to receive the articles of clothing. One fan, after receiving a red vest, said, ” I will cherish this for the rest of my life”. What do you think of her dad’s decision to donate her clothes to fans?
