It’s with deep sympathy we have to report Andre “3000” Benjamin’s mom Sharon Benjamin-Hodo has passed away. Unfortunately she was found dead according to unconfirmed reports, in her Atlanta home on Andre (her son’s 38th birthday.) Billboard confirms death.
Sharon Benjamin-Hodo was the founder and guiding force of The Starlight Camp for underprivileged children, which she ran out of the New Morning Light Missionary Baptist Church in Conley, GA — the church of her husband, Pastor Robert Hodo.
