The Broward County (Fla.) sheriff’s office has an open arrest warrant against Chad Johnson has an open warrant out for his arrest for violating his probation.
It was reported earlier today that Chad is wanted because he allegedly violated his probation by skipping his scheduled visit to probation officer.
The probation stems from a domestic violence incident last August with then-wife Evelyn Lozada when he was accused of head-butting her during an altercation in a vehicle. Eventually, Chad pleaded no contest to a domestic violence charge in a plea-bargain in which he was given probation and required to take a counseling course. He was later dropped by the Dolphins.
2012 was not a good year for the homie and looks like 2013 is not going too well either!
According to his Twitter account on Thursday, Chad Johnson wrote, “Chilly in Pasadena.”
Which means he is not in Broward County. He can’t possibly see his probation officer and is indeed in violation of his probation.
Unless Broward County allow for skyping.
Maybe the big homie is going to sykpe his probation officer.

According to TMZ the arrest warrant was issued May 7, 2013.
