Breaking news in Atlanta, Georgia. A shooting is reported at Price Middle School in southwest Atlanta. Details inside.

Updated: 3:13PM EST A 14 year old girl was shot in the head and has been transported to Grady Memorial Hospital and a teacher was treated at the scene with minor injuries (was not shot). No updates on child’s condition. 

Updated: 3:45PM EST: The 14 year old is said to be alert and conscious. The shooter is in custody and a student from Price Middle School. School is on lockdown still and students should be allowed to leave with parents by around 4:00PM EST. 

Fox 5 news reports, two people were shot and one of the victims was a 14 year old child. The Atlanta Police Department say they have two people in custody. The entire middle school is currently on lockdown. Parents are not allowed to pick up their children at this time.
