TMZ has learned Britney Spears has lasered in on Nicki Minaj as her opening act for her upcoming concert tour … and lawyers for the two are in “serious talks.” I’m not surprised Nicki Minaj is a hot commodity and the two together would definitely sell out EVERY show they perform at.
We’re told it’s looking very good that Nicki and Britney will reach an agreement in the next day or so. Nicki would take the place of Enrique Iglesias — who bailed at the last minute because his ego could not take opening for Britney.
Nicki is currently on tour with Lil Wayne — those concerts end on April 28. Britney’s tour begins June 17 in Sacramento. Let’s hope the lawyers and ther $ gets handled because this concert would be amazing. A pop Icon and a Pop Hip Hop Diva in one place at one time every other night. I can’t wait til they hit up the ATL!
This is not really much of a surprise seeing that Nicki is the hottest female in the music industry with real talent right now. Lady Gaga can be argued as the best right now, but lets face it, its her crazy fashion style that is gaining more attention, not her talent.
