Gucci Mane’s record label 1017 Brick Squad Records is adding a new member to its ranks. The rapper took to Twitter to announce that Chicago emcee Chief Keef has become the “newest member of Bricksquad.” Included in the tweet was a graphic that read: “1017 Glo Gang” — an apparent combination of Gucci’s label and Chief Keef’s imprint Glory Boyz Entertainment. Chief Keef seemed to confirm Gucci’s announcement on his own Twitter account by posting the same 1017 Glo Gang image.
This week fans of Gucci Mane also learned that they will be able to get his latest album earlier than anticipated. The homie announced that he’s moving up the release date for his album “Trap House III” from July 2nd to May 21st.
