Chris Brown will have a lot more free time on his hands this summer. In a recent Twitter posting, the “Forever” singer announced that his upcoming European tour has been canceled. Brown writes, quote, “SORRY to all the fans in europe!!! my tour is cancelled. Im pretty sure yall know. my entry was denied in your country. i love you. SORRY!!” Chris Brown pleaded guilty to felony assault last year after he beat his ex-girlfriend Rihanna the night before the 2009 Grammy Awards. He was sentenced to five years of probation, one year of domestic violence counseling, and six months of community service. Chris Brown’s European trek was slated to get underway on Wednesday in Glasgow.

As far as album sales…please visit the RIAA website. They have a searchable database that details album/single certifications. I see Graffiti nowhere on there so how did that album outsell R Rated?
