According to a tweet from Justin Bieber, he recently (July 20) shared a studio with rap and beat pioneer Dr. Dre. Dre doesn’t mind working with a few artist cranking out tracks, being that he recently produced a song with Jay-Z, “Under Pressure,” which is said to be the first single from the album Detox. While we are all awaiting Dre’s release of Detox, it seems as if all artists are consigning the pop sensation. So, does this mean we can expect some “The Chronic” type beats on a Bieber album? We shall see…

“Got to be in the studio with the legend himself Dr. Dre,” Bieber wrote Tuesday on his Twitter feed. “Made a couple beats and he gave me some advice…i was hyped. can u blame me?”

Dre took a break the “Detox” album, which is expected to be released by year’s end,  to bless the 16-year-old Usher protégé with some beats and words of wisdom. Just add the two videos together below and you might have that ‘new new’ with Dre and Bieber.
