The owners of a New York nightclub that sued Chris Brown and Drake over a brawl incident last June won’t be getting a single penny from the entertainers. A judge has tossed the 16-million-dollar lawsuit filed by Entertainment Enterprises. The company owns the Greenhouse nightclub that sits next to the W.i.P club where members of Brown and Drake’s entourages allegedly traded blows last year.
Entertainment Enterprises filed suit saying their reputation took a hit after the melee because of its proximity to the scene of brawl.
In dismissing the lawsuit, the judge said Brown and Drake had no duty to Greenhouse to behave, especially since the brawl didn’t even take place on its property.
