I was a patient of Dr. Mansfield and the diet works!!!! I lost 32 pounds in 2 weeks and 60 within a months time frame. I wasnt workin out at first but after the first month , I started out slowly on a workout regimen… ya know , treadmill, elliptical, especially aerobics that helped alot.
