Vincent Chase’s wild ride through Hollywood is coming to an end. HBO will begin parting ways with its hit series “Entourage” this weekend, as the show’s final season gets under way on Sunday. Loosely based on the life of Hollywood “A-lister” Mark Wahlberg, “Entourage” revolves around the life of a fictional film star, his trio of close friends, and his agent. The show debuted in 2004, and has become one of the more talked about series on TV during its first seven seasons. “Entourage” has also become a popular place for celebrity cameos. Such stars as Kanye West, Tom Brady, James Cameron, LeBron James, and Eminem have all made appearances.
Fortunately for fans of the show, the final season of “Entourage” may not be the last they see of its characters. Just like HBO’s hit series “Sex and the City,” “Entourage” is looking to do a movie. In the meantime, viewers can start enjoying the eighth and final season of “Entourage” this Sunday at 10:30 p.m. Eastern.
