Damn what’s going on in the old school hip hop community? After getting over the death of Heavy D, we’re hit with another blow to the chest. The Green Eyed Bandit, Erick Sermon suffered from a heart attack over the weekend. Eric Sermon who’s known from being 1/2 of legendary musical rap group EPMD with fellow member Parrish Smith, had a heart attack over the weekend. Erick is only 42 years old.
He is listed in stable condition but he remains in the coronary care unit. And DJ Scratch tweeted.
“Erick Sermon had a heart attack today, He’s ok, but still send your prayers. He is not on Twitter.”
We’re glad that we didn’t lose him, it’s just too much to handle right now!!! Everybody wish Erick a speedy recovery.

hopefully this is a wake up call for black heavy set man to get healthy.
May he have a speedy recovery. He’ll need to take it easy for the rest of his life so that a second one won’t take place. He’ll need to exercise and watch his diet too.
