Essense Atkins of the family sitcom Are We There Yet and her husband Jamie Mendez are expecting their first child. The child is due Christmas Day, the perfect gift. The 39-year old actress told sources, “Our gratitude is overwhelming to have found each other and adding a baby to our happy home is truly a dream come true.
