The Real Deal Holyfield, a 5 time heavyweight champion, was scheduled to meet Sherman (Tank) Williams of the Bahamas at Joe Louis Arena on Nov. 5th, placing his World Boxing Federation title on the line. According to Holyfield’s business partner, Dwayne Corbitt, the fightt has been rescheduled for Nov. 12th because more time was needed to negotiate a tv deal. Holyfield agreed to fight in Detroit, said Corbitt, to raise funds for Forgotten Harvest, which provides meals to needy local families.- Courtney L.
