We all know Lil Wanye is all about the skateboard movement but it can be really dangerous sport. One fan is claiming he was allegedly hit in the head with a skateboard by someone in Wayne’s camp. The fan is now suing. 

TMZ reports, a fan named Alfredo Marino, is claiming he was in LA and tried to take a picture with Lil Wayne. Marino filed docments in LA County Superior Court by his attorney Craig Chisvin. They allegedly claim a man who works for Wayne’s camp grabbed the man’s skateboard and hit him in the back of the head.

The man claims to have suffered a very severe injury to his head and is blaming Wayne and his record label. Marino says they are the reason for the attack. He is suing for unspecified damages.
