I have to say yesterday that I was lost for words after getting a text message saying come party with Gucci at the strip club. I was thinking in my head this can’t be true, but thats what really happen. After months of incarceration and several false reports, Gucci Mane is now a free man. Gucci was released from prison late last night (July 5th) and went to Twitter to announce a new mixtape and welcome home party. Gucci Mane celebrated his release by hosting the “Welcome Home Party” at Club Onyx in Atlanta.

Gucci Mane had been locked up since April, when he was accused of assault, for pushing a woman out of a moving vehicle, when she allegedly refused his propositioned for sex. What yall think? Update: The story was partly untrue…
