Hate this for my homie he really is a good dude yes people Gucci Mane is heading back behind bars. According to the “Atlanta Journal-Constitution,” Fulton Superior Court Judge John Goger ordered the emcee back to jail Monday for violating the terms of his probation. Judge Goger’s decision stems from Gucci Mane’s arrest last November. Police reportedly spotted the rap star driving his vehicle down the wrong side of the road and responded to find Gucci engaged in a physical altercation with another man. Gucci Mane was originally facing several charges in connection with the incident, but they were eventually dropped for “want of prosecution.” Gucci Mane is due back in court on January 24th for a hearing.
Gucci Mane has been in and out of the Fulton County Jail at least five times since 2005. Hold yo head up Gucci we praying for ya….
