Hip Hop’s power couple Jay-Z and Beyonce reportedly dropped nearly half a million dollars to rent out a Hamptons mansion, called the Sandcastle, for the month of August.

The 31,000-square-foot home in Bridgehampton is equipped with all the luxuries, including a two-lane bowling alley, virtual golf, skateboard half-pipe, a rock-climbing wall, a full bar and recording studio. Not to mention a 60-foot heated pool with an underwater stereo system, a tennis court, a spa facility with gym and a combination squash, racquetball and basketball court with moving walls and retractable hoop, a children’s performing area and an eight-car garage. What more can you ask for..

The property was built by Hamptons developer Joe Farrell, and is currently on the market for $43.5 million. Not to mention, the master bedroom is 2,800-square feet,and the property also includes a separate two-bedroom apartment, and a children’s performing area perfect for 6-month-old, Baby Blue.

In 2009, Farrell moved his family into the property following the completion of 18 months of construction, and continues to rent it out during the summer months.

According to Forbes, in 2011, Jay out-earned his wife for the first time since 2008, bringing in $37 million, over a 12-month period.
