Sad news my homie Jermaine Dupri has to pay up for missing payments on a Lamborghini Murcielago.  Sources report Premier Financial Services filed a lawsuit against Dupri back in 2011 claiming the hit-making producer had stopped paying for the 330-thousand dollar sports car.  Because the So So Def Recordings founder didn’t respond to the lawsuit, a judge ruled against him and has ordered him to pay off the 79-thousand dollars he owed on the car.  The “Lambo” was repossessed back in 2011.

The IRS recently filed two tax liens against Dupri totaling nearly 800-thousand dollars.  In May, he was slapped with a one-point-nine million dollar lawsuit by SunTrust Banks over an unpaid loan. Its crazy how when is rains its pours… But my homie always works things out so don’t count him out just yet he’s got some big things he’s working and people he’s working with.

On a brighter note we found out that JD is in the studio working with Monica on her new album which may coming out at the top of the year… In a recent episode of Living The Life Jermaine Dupri’s , he gives fans a behind-the-scenes look at what goes down in the studio when Monica is around. I don’t believe in the court system. I’m not steppin’ in no court house, I’m not callin’ them people… Now let me explain. I’m sure every situation may require something different, but for me… I feel like a real man will be man enough to assess the needs of his child, and make sure that it happens. I don’t need to call you and I don’t need to call the people for you. Since I feel that way, I’ve never had any discrepancies with the father of my two oldest children at all, period, point, blank. When it’s time for it to get done, he can access the needs, come in and see what they need and it gets done. Let me pause it, there is still the type… because I have girlfriends… that deal with the type of man that’s just simply selfish…
