Kanye West’s foray into the fast food industry has taken a hit. According to WGNTV.com, the rapper has closed one of his Fatburger restaurants in the Chicago area. Kanye was reportedly forced to shut down his Orland Park location due to financial reasons. Fatburger’s director of operations, James Newell, remarks, quote, “It’s unfortunate, but we hope to have a presence in Orland Park again in the future.” Fortunately for Fatburger fans, Kanye is still operating his restaurant in Chicago’s Beverly neighborhood. The news is considerably better for Kanye West on the music front. In March he will be releasing his collaborative effort with Jay-Z, “Watch The Throne.” He has also announced that he will be dropping a new solo album this summer.
