Kanye West is pleading not guilty to two misdemeanor charges stemming from his altercation with a photographer at Los Angeles International Airport this summer. The rapper’s attorney Blair Berk entered the plea on his behalf Thursday in L.A. Kanye was not in attendance. A pre-trial hearing is scheduled for January 23rd. The rapper is charged misdemeanor counts of battery and attempted grand theft from the July 19th run-in. Daniel Ramos, the photographer at the center of the case, has also filed a lawsuit against Kanye, accusing him of assault, battery and negligence.
